CHARM PACKAGES: Our charm packages start at our Petite Package of 3-charms or our Standard Package of 5 charms. We are priced per person per experience. All experiences include a selection of between 300 - 500 premium charm styles and themes across our vast inventory and come with the standard paperclip or cable chain.
Additional charms and additional chain options are also available to purchase to elevate any experience.
OUR CHARM BAR CURRENLY OFFERS: Charm bracelets, charm necklaces, bag charms, key chains, lippie charms, bandana charm jewelry, backpack bag charms, and all charm bar based activities for kids and adults.
BEAD PACKAGES: Our bead packages are kid and adult friendly and priced across all budgets. Whether you want kid friendly beads and themes, letter beads and strands or genuine natural gemstone crystal or pearls, you can choose your bead style, and what you want to make, and if you want charm accents added. On site, our jewelry design hosts will assist you and your guests into making something special built to last.
BEDAZZLE PACKAGES: Bedazzling is a focused and calming interactive creative experience that is also sensory in the best way. Its an activity that both baubles the mind and the senses. Choose your accessory and we will provide all the materials, instruction and supervision for an amazing day of bling!
CUSTOM JEWELRY STUDIO: Looking for something special for a friend, a co-worker, a love one? Want to have a piece of custom jewelry created for your wedding party, a charm bracelet for your bridesmaids or birthday party guests? Have a Movie or TV show where jewelry is a part of the costume design, and would like to have themed inspirations made to give your guests as gifts at a special screening? Let us make those for you!
Making jewelry has gone back years. We started out making pieces for friends. They would show us what they wanted and we would replicate it in our own inspirational way adding personal touches throughout. Then when strangers started approaching them asking where they got it, we created a studio where people could virtually review our natural crystal gemstone strands and freshwater pearl styles and it was a hit! We would love to make something special for you.
YES WE DO LOTS OF CUSTOMIZATIONS: Add-ons, customizations and personalized items are all also available across the spectrum of what is possible. From sourcing specialty charms according to your theme and aesthetic, to handmade charms, engraved jewelry tags, custom packaging, table cloths, NFC tags, polishing cloths and more, we have many unique ideas for branded items across our marketing expertise that we can recommend be added to your package to meet your event needs. What areas do you serve?
We are a premier mobile boutique experience based in Los Angeles. We serve all cities in Los Angeles County and are available to travel out of the county and nationwide for an extra fee
Amy’s Traveling Bling Bar brings a full, high-end setup directly to your home, event space, or corporate venue.
What materials do you use for the jewelry?
All our jewelry and charm collections use the most premium materials that are meant to last. We prioritize:
18K Gold Plated Stainless Steel: Our signature everyday wear material that is completely waterproof and tarnish-proof.
18K Gold Plated Copper: A premium, tarnish-resistant material that provides a high-luster finish and looks most like solid gold.
*Higher Premium Options: The only higher grade charms and chains available upon request include: 925 Sterling Silver, Gold Plated over 925 Sterling Silver, Gold-Filled, Gold Vermeil, 14K Gold, and Pearls. This is considered finer jewelry options. Please ask us if interested.
*We also love to sprinkle in the fun Dopamine filled, Colorful and Vibrant 3D Oil Dipped Enamel Painted Alloy based Charms, and 2D Alloy based charms. They are great for younger children who are designing for a season, and all ages to celebrate a life so far lived. Included in all packages. No judgement! Let us know what you are interested in.
How much Is it?
All our activations are per person. Ask us about our charm specials and seasonal overflow charm sales. We do not overprice our materials. We charge a cost per person which includes the all the premium materials, set up and break down, hosting and/or instruction and the experience in one fee. Extra fees come in the form of any customization and/or personalization outside standard scope of proposal.
Can you match the activity to my specific theme?
Yes. We specialize in Bespoke Curation to match your event's style and theme. If we have enough time prior to your date we can handmake charms, we can find you hard to get charms we can customize your experience to include personalization options, and even source character inspired charms. We can also provide elevated aesthetics like Minimalist Gold, Gemstones, or Art Deco—if you can dream it, we will find the materials to match.
How can I personalize my event further?
We love creating a branded moment. With advance notice, we can provide custom-engraved jewelry tags, branded jewelry bags, and personalized polishing cloths and more to make your activation or celebration truly unique.
What are your booking and cancellation policies?
A 50% non-refundable reservation fee is required to reserve the date. The remaining 50% balance is due the day before the event. If the date changes, we are happy to try to accommodate you. In the event of a cancellation on your end, we will aim to provide you with the event materials (charms and chains) purchased for future use. ACT OF GOD situations do happen. If that is the case with your event, you will be provided with the charms and chains that were purchased for your personal use. We will also make best efforts to accommodate your future date.
What does the host need to provide?
As we are a mobile service, the host or venue provides the tables, tablecloths, chairs and any materials to match the overall aesthetic being designed for the event as well as add us to your event insurance as an additional insured.
Do you offer out of county and out of state travel for your services?
As a fully traveling bling bar the short answer is yes. Host will be responsible for all travel expenses added into proposal fee. Shipping fees for materials and tools also apply. We would put a full line item proposal together for you should you wish to reserve us.
