We are a premier mobile boutique experience based in Los Angeles. We serve all cities in Los Angeles County and are available to travel out of the county and nationwide for an extra fee
Amy’s Traveling Bling Bar brings a full, high-end setup directly to your home, event space, or corporate venue.
What is the difference between your event packages?
Semi Guided Charm Bar: A fun, hands-on design experience where we assist your guests from start to finish. All Ages.
The Pop-Up Charm Bar: A high-energy, vibrant activation where guests choose their charms and we assemble. All Ages.
Prior to the event, you will select from our vast jewelry inventory which base is best for your occasion, as well as choose the charms theme and style so that we bring materials that meet your moment and match your energy.
Bedazzle Bars: Based on what you would like to bedazzle, from brushes, make up, frames, phone cases etc. All Ages
What materials do you use for the jewelry?
All our jewelry and charm collections use the most premium materials that are meant to last. We prioritize:
18K Gold Plated Stainless Steel: Our signature everyday wear material that is completely waterproof and tarnish-proof.
18K Gold Plated Copper: A premium, tarnish-resistant material that provides a high-luster finish and looks most like solid gold.
*Higher Premium Options: The only higher grade charms and chains available upon request include: 925 Sterling Silver, Gold Plated over 925 Sterling Silver, Gold-Filled, Gold Vermeil, 14K Gold, and Pearls. This is considered finer jewelry options. Please ask us if interested.
*We also love to sprinkle in the fun Dopamine filled, Colorful and Vibrant 3D Oil Dipped Enamel Painted Alloy based Charms, and 2D Alloy based charms. They are great for younger children who are designing for a season, and all ages to celebrate a life so far lived. Included in all packages. No judgement! Let us know what you are interested in.
How much are the components in the jewelry packages?
All our activation per person costs include the cost of the chain and charms combined. We start with a 6 charm option, and can go up to 20 if your heart desires. Ask us about our charm specials and seasonal overflow charm sales. We do not overprice our materials.
Can you match the activity to my specific theme?
Yes. We specialize in Bespoke Curation to match your event's style and theme. For Private Events we can source character inspired charms from Labubu,Y2K, or Princesses, to popular movies, video games and more. We can also provide elevated aesthetics like Minimalist Gold, Gemstones, or Art Deco—if you can dream it, we will find the materials to match.
Can guests make multiple types of accessories?
We aim to center each event around one signature activity. When booking, you select whether your bar will feature Charm Necklaces, Charm Bracelets, or Bag Charms & Key Chains or a bedazzle station.
Is the experience social-media friendly?
Absolutely. Amy’s Traveling Bling Bar is designed to be an "Instaworthy" activation for you and your guests. From our meticulously styled tablescapes to the unveiling moment of the final charmed creations, we provide a content-ready experience that your guests will love to capture and share across all their social channels for additional brand awareness and memory of your special event.
How can I personalize my event further?
We love creating a branded moment. With advance notice, we can provide custom-engraved jewelry tags, branded jewelry bags, and personalized polishing cloths and more to make your activation or celebration truly unique.
Is there a hosting fee?
For parties of 25 or less, the hosting fee is included in the price with two hosts attending to assist. For larger parties, depending on the package you purchase, we have event staff who is experienced in jewelry design and support to attend at the correct percentage of support needed. Will also be laid out in the proposal we send.
What are your booking and cancellation policies?
A 50% non-refundable reservation fee is required to reserve the date. The remaining 50% balance is due the day before the event. If the date changes, we are happy to try to accommodate you. In the event of a cancellation on your end, we will aim to provide you with the event materials (charms and chains) purchased for future use. ACT OF GOD situations do happen. If that is the case with your event, you will be provided with the charms and chains that were purchased for your personal use. We will also make best efforts to accommodate your future date.
What does the host need to provide?
We provide all materials, charms, tools for use, and professional styling elements for a tablescape. As we are a mobile service, the host or venue simply provides the tables and chairs. We handle the full white-glove setup, on-site hosting etc.
Do you offer out of county and out of state travel for your services?
As a fully traveling bling bar the short answer is yes. Host will be responsible for all travel expenses. Shipping fees for materials and tools also apply. We would put a full line item proposal together for you should you wish to reserve us.
How do we reserve you?
